Enable Your Reblog Button

  1. Hi Michelle. It is important to have the reblog enabled so others can share it. However, if you want to share a post (such as on a WordPress.org site) that doesn’t have a reblog button, and you have a WordPress site, you can use the Press This Bookmarklet http://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/press-this/
I find it very useful and use it to share my readilearn posts on my WordPress blog. It’s easy to install and use.

  2. I learned a lot from that article, Michelle. I reblog some, but I need to make it part of my daily diet. I definitely reblog more on my WordPress.com site. It is much more difficult to do with WordPress.org. Thanks for sharing this. 🙂

      1. I don’t either, but it is a huge difference. That being said, I found a lot of glitches with WordPress.com when I first started as well. I think anyone who is new to blogging will find it somewhat overwhelming, technology-wise at first. 🙂

  3. I think of hearing the greatest story and not being able to share it (happened this morning, amazing writing on MS) — or a great blog and not being able to share it — and I always assume that if someone doesn’t have the reblog button they want to remain anonymous, because me telling someone about a great blog brings new readers…
